Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between Flow Source Media LLC (“we”, “us”) and the business that subscribes to Turtle Scope (“you”), and they apply to everyone your business invites. By using Turtle Scope you agree to them.

The service

Turtle Scope is software for documenting and estimating construction jobs: a website, a web app and a phone app. We add features over time; we may change or remove features, and will tell you before removing one you rely on.

Accounts

• Your account owner decides who is invited and what role they have, and is responsible for what they do in Turtle Scope.
• Keep access to your email secure; sign-in links and codes are sent there.
• Tell us at office@flowsourcemedia.com if you think someone got into your account.

Your data

The jobs, photos, client details and other information you put into Turtle Scope belong to you. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service to you, as described in the privacy policy. You confirm you are allowed to put that information in Turtle Scope, including information about your own clients.

Acceptable use

Don't use Turtle Scope to break the law, to store information you have no right to, to try to reach another company's data, or to disrupt the service.

Measurements, models and estimates

Turtle Scope shows where each number came from: measured, a standard size, or an estimate. Measurements, models, quantities and prices are tools to help you, not a guarantee. Check them before ordering materials, quoting a price or starting work. You are responsible for the estimates and contracts you send.

Connected services

When you connect GoHighLevel, webhooks or other tools, we send them the information you choose. Those services are run by others under their own terms; we aren't responsible for them.

Billing

• Plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew each month until cancelled.
• If a payment fails, we'll tell the account owner. After 7 days without payment the account becomes read-only until the bill is paid.
• We'll give at least 30 days' notice before changing your price.
• Refunds are covered by the refund policy.

Cancelling

You can cancel any time from the billing settings or by email. Your plan runs to the end of the period you've paid for. After that your data is kept for 90 days so you can export it or come back, then deleted.

Availability

We work to keep Turtle Scope running and your data safe, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted. The phone app keeps working offline and uploads when it can.

Limits

Turtle Scope is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it. We aren't liable for lost profits or indirect damages.

Ending the agreement

We may suspend or end an account that seriously breaks these terms, after telling you why when we can.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, and disputes go to the state or federal courts in Minnesota.

Changes

We'll email the account owner at least 30 days before changes to these terms take effect. Contact: office@flowsourcemedia.com.
