Delete your data

You can ask us to delete your Turtle Scope account, or (if you own the company) your whole company's data, at any time.

How to ask

Email office@flowsourcemedia.com from the address you sign in with, saying whether you want your own account deleted or your whole company. We'll reply to confirm it's you.

What is deleted

• Your account: your sign-in, your email address and your membership in each company. Jobs and photos you added stay with the company they belong to, since they're the company's records; ask the company's owner if you want something of yours removed.
• A whole company (owners only): every client, address, job, photo, measurement, mark and setting, its connection keys, and its members' access. We can send you an export first.

What we keep, and for how long

• Deletion is done within 30 days of your confirmed request.
• Encrypted backups roll off within 30 days after that.
• Billing records are kept as long as tax law requires (usually 7 years), in Stripe and our accounts.
• Copies already sent to tools your company connected, such as its GoHighLevel account, are in your company's control there.

From the phone app

Signing out of the phone app removes your sign-in from that phone. Anything it hadn't uploaded yet stays on the phone until you sign back in.
