Refund policy

First 14 days

If Turtle Scope isn't right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full. Email office@flowsourcemedia.com from the account owner's address.

After that

You can cancel any time. Your plan keeps working to the end of the month you've paid for, and you won't be charged again. We don't refund part-months.

Billing mistakes

If you were charged twice or charged after cancelling, tell us and we'll refund the mistake right away.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Stripe. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.
